About SharedLinks365
SharedLinks365 is a specialized SaaS designed to help Microsoft 365 administrators understand what their organization is sharing across SharePoint and OneDrive, identify potentially risky sharing configurations, and prioritize what deserves attention first.
Its focus is deliberately narrow: sharing links, external access, visibility, explainable risk, and practical review across Microsoft 365.
Why we built SharedLinks365
SharedLinks365 did not start as an abstract software idea. It grew out of practical experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and seeing how difficult it can become for administrators to maintain visibility over sharing across SharePoint and OneDrive.
Microsoft 365 makes collaboration easy. Over time, however, organizations can accumulate Anyone links, links without expiration, external users, shared folders, and links created years earlier. Sharing may also remain connected to people who later leave the organization. The challenge is not simply finding a large number of permissions; it is understanding scope, context, and what should be reviewed first.
SharedLinks365 is being developed to turn that fragmented evidence into a focused, explainable review workflow. It is not intended to replace Microsoft administration or human judgement.
- Sharing is distributed across sites, libraries, folders, files, and OneDrive accounts.
- Policy settings do not provide a complete inventory of active sharing.
- Link type, expiration, ownership, folder scope, and identity lifecycle all affect review priority.
- Administrators need evidence they can understand and act on.

Gianmarco Gabrieli has worked with Internet and digital technologies since 1996. His professional and entrepreneurial experience spans Internet services, digital transformation, cloud computing, and IT services.
He founded AGORA TECH in 2017. SharedLinks365 grew from the company’s practical experience working with Microsoft cloud environments and from the need to give administrators clearer evidence about external sharing.

SharedLinks365 is designed to solve a specific Microsoft 365 governance problem exceptionally well: understanding and prioritizing sharing-link exposure.
Explainable
Risk should be understandable. Administrators should be able to see why a sharing configuration has been identified as needing attention.
Practical
The product should surface information administrators can review, document, and act on within their own governance process.
Trust starts with clear boundaries
A SaaS that connects to a Microsoft 365 tenant must be clear about who operates it, the intended access model, data handling, security principles, and product limitations.
SharedLinks365 publishes this information without claiming certifications or legal compliance that have not been independently demonstrated.
