2. Pre-release information

SharedLinks365 is in development. Descriptions, screenshots, plans and availability information are provided for general evaluation and may change. This website does not publish pricing or guarantee access, release dates, functionality, availability, performance, certification, or regulatory compliance.

3. Early Access requests

An Early Access submission is a request to be considered for product evaluation. It does not create a customer contract, guarantee acceptance, or oblige either party to proceed. If selected, participation will be governed by separate written terms and data-protection arrangements where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse and link to this website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, or misuse its content or branding.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks

Website content, product naming, visual assets and original materials are owned by or licensed to AGORA TECH S.r.l., subject to third-party rights. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the site for its intended purpose.
